Had a long wait before being seen, but that’s how it goes sometimes at an urgent care. The x-ray tech worked fast, but was thorough. My provider was PA McDonough. He was very personable and didn’t rush through my treatment. Shockingly, he provided his cell phone number and advised me to text him if I had any questions after I left. Overall good experience.

No line no wait. I received excellent care in a timely manner. They had to do 3 different tests to verify my issue but they did not stop until it was resolved. Yes I will definitely revisit if need be. Thanks

I have been to a few different care centers and left dissatisfied and unhappy with staff and time devoted to issues. The caregiver I seen was very informative, professional and did not appear rushed even though there were quite a few patients in the waiting room. All the staff at this facility were very friendly and accommodating.

My second time using this facility and both times have been positive experiences. All of the staff were courteous and the care was right what I needed. This is a busy place which shows other people are trusting their care as well.

Dr. Erford was excellent. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and assessed an immediate treatment and even better follow up plan for me. She was very friendly and took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood.

Went in for a check up not feeling well. First time visit, check in was smooth and friendly. Didn’t have to wait long, listened to my complaints and did a very good exam. Took couple tests waited for results and came back to give me something for my cough and was very informative. I will definitely be going back!

My waiting time was acceptable given the number of patients arriving before me. The receptionist was polite, friendly, and courteous. The CNA seemed aloof and rushed through the screening process. He didn't wait for the weighing scale to record my true weight. The Nurse Practitioner, was attentive, a good listener, asked and responded to questions. We collaborated together on my treatment plan. She was methodical and thorough in her examination, had a great patient care manner, and displayed a pleasant disposition. I will return to this clinic should I need to so in the future.
